Returns

  • Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:

    • Be unused and unwashed

    • Be in its original condition

  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs, if the item received is incorrect, damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Because items are on-demand print to order, they are not returnable. Please be sure of your sizes and preferences when ordering. We want you to be happy with your purchase!

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the issue when contacting support.
